The Service Terms Agreement (referred as the "Agreement") is a formal document with legal effect, detailing the rules governing the services (referred as "Services") that you can enjoy when using the "Siena" application (referred as the "Application"). These services are directly provided by us. Siena (hereinafter referred to as "we") is the service provider. This Agreement clearly delineates the rights and obligations between you and Siena, but does not confer any direct benefit rights on any third party. Once you start using our services, it means that you have fully understood and agreed to accept all the terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement.
Siena offers two types of services to users: Basic services are free and meet daily conversational needs; Premium services are subscription-based, equipped with more additional features to comprehensively enhance the user experience.
As a user of Siena, we are honored that you have chosen our service. We are eager to provide you with carefully curated services and content, but we ask that while enjoying these resources, you respect our intellectual property rights and refrain from copying or unauthorized publishing any part of the application or service.
When you decide to use Siena, you also give us an opportunity to continuously improve our services by utilizing your anonymous information to better meet the needs of all users.
Upon becoming an official user of our service, Siena grants you a unique, personalized license (referred to as the "License") that allows you to enjoy the software at the core of the service. However, please understand that this license is exclusive to you and cannot be transferred to others or used for any commercial purposes. Please do not attempt to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the software unless otherwise specified by law.
The use of Siena's services does not imply ownership or privileges of the service or software. We hereby declare that these services and software are protected by law, including copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.
To use the Siena app or activate its subscription, please download and subscribe through the Apple Store. Additionally, our online services are free; you do not need to pay any fees. However, to maintain the service, you may see ads while using it (but these ads will disappear once you subscribe). For subscription services, you need to download and use the app and subscribe within the app. Subscriptions are typically offered monthly. Subscription fees will be processed through the Apple Store.
Siena reserves the right to offer a limited-time free trial subscription ("Free Trial") at its discretion. No charges will be incurred by you before the expiration of the Free Trial period.
Siena reserves the right to (1) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer at any time and (2) cancel such Free Trial offers without prior notice.
Our "Monthly" subscription continues to run on a regular monthly basis. Monthly renewal subscription fees will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of your cancellation invoice. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each month and Siena will charge the next month's subscription fee to the payment method you provided. Any partial month subscription is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify the Subscription Fees at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes to subscription fees will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any changes to subscription fees and give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such changes become effective.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the Subscription Fee Change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription Fee amount.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via App Store > Settings. No refund will be issued upon cancellation, and you will still have access to the subscribed content until the end of the current billing cycle. After canceling in this manner, you will not be able to restore your subscription through the App Store, but you can re-subscribe anytime via the in-app subscription process if needed.
When using Siena's intelligent chat service, please note: We shall not be liable for any damages if you use this service for purposes prohibited by laws and regulations, contrary to public order and good morals, or beyond the preset scope of intelligent interaction of the service.
This service only provides intelligent dialogue, information reference and other services based on the information you provide and existing algorithm models. It cannot guarantee to fully meet all your specific expectations or requirements, nor can it ensure that the output results are absolutely complete, accurate or applicable to all scenarios. Siena is essentially a tool to assist you in communication and information acquisition, not a professional decision-making basis.
Please use this service reasonably and cautiously, verify the authenticity and applicability of the output content by yourself, and independently assume responsibility for any decisions made based on the service results. Thank you for your understanding and support of Siena's service.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. To ensure that you are always aware of and in compliance with the latest terms, we recommend that you check them frequently. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to stop using the Siena application and services and should take action immediately. By continuing to use the Siena application and services, you indicate your acceptance and agreement to all updated terms.
The rights and obligations of this agreement are limited solely to you and us. Any other third party does not have the right to enjoy or enforce any terms in this agreement.
Our failure to exercise or enforce certain rights or provisions does not constitute a waiver of those rights or provisions.
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision should be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the other provisions remains unaffected. The agreement between you and us remains valid.
When fulfilling the obligations set forth in this agreement, we act as an independent service provider. These terms should not be construed as establishing any form of partnership or joint relationship between us.
